Brother Preston Rolle a native of Cat Island came to Nassau October 0f 1947. He became a member also of the Transfiguration Baptist Church along with Brother David Dawkins and others from Cat Island. He was among the second group baptized by Bishop Ellington Forbes around April 1949. He went off to the
"Contract" in the State of Florida in 1951 but would return every year to attend the Conventions and Councils Meetings (March, July and November).

While still on the "Contract" he join the Apostolic Church of Jesus, of the Apostolic Faith Organization in 1955. The church he attended was called the Apostolic Church of Jesus in Belle Glade. It was during this time (1955) that Brother Preston along with Bishop and Mother Mammy Nixon, Sister Nettie Echlaton, Sister Roundtree, Sister Priester and Sister Florence Holloway, Founded the "Glorious Church of Jesus" in Belle Glade Florida. Bishop Nixon was Pastor and he (Preston) was Assistant Pastor.

After efforts fail to unite Glorious Church of Jesus with the Parent Body a separation took Place. Brother Preston continued with the Apostolic Church of Jesus Organization (The Parent Body) Brother Preston moved to Orlando Florida also in 1957 where he later met and Married Betty Jean Walton in June of 1957 to which six Children were born, 4 boys and 2 girls. In addition where Bishop James Mims was Pastor and stayed there for four years before Bishop E. L. Sharon, Overseer of the Apostolic Church of Jesus send him in June of 1961 to Pastor the Apostolic Church of Jesus in Altamonte Springs, Florida a position he holds to this date.

In 1965 Bishop Harry Johnson and Bishop Nixon ordained Brother Rolle Elder.
Moving up in the Ranks Elder Rolle commitment to the Lord and Ministry elevated him to higher levels in the organization. See

He was, Assistant National Superintendent of the Organization.

He was, District Evangelist for the Central Florida District.

He was, President of the Men Ministry.

He was, District Overseer for the Central Florida District.

He was, Elevated to the Office of Bishop in 2002.

He was, Jurisdictional Bishop over the Central Florida region.

He is currently a member of the General Executive Board.

He was the Assistant Presiding Prelate to the Presiding Bishop; Stanley C. Smith Who replaced former, Presiding Bishop Gregory Johnson.

And now in May 2016, He was elected to the office of the Chief Apostle and Presiding Bishop of the Apostolic

Installation Service will be held in December 2016 in the West Palm Beach location during our Annual Deacon and Ministers Council.
