Vision Statement
Our Vision for the Apostolic Church of Jesus East Coast District is to bring Unity and Love to our members so that we can be as One Big Family. Also to bestow a Passionate Heart for the Lost Souls by showing the Love that God Administered so that we are able lead the Lost Souls to Christ. We believe in the Apostolic Baptism "In Jesus Name" stated in Acts 2:38
History
The East Coast District Originated under the leadership of Elder Valdosta Thomas. After him the 2nd District Overseer was Elder David Butler, following him was Bishop Joe Wimes, then Bishop Thomas Brown, following Bishop Eddie Jenkins and presently Bishop Jimmy Hicks who became District Overseer in 1996 and is presently still in the same position.

Our Church Purpose
The purpose of this organization shall be that of the spreading of the Gospel of Jesus Christ; the teachings of the Apostolic Doctrine, which will enrich the lives of believers, change the lifestyle of the sinner, and bring mankind into perfect harmony with God. The ordinations of deacons, elders, bishops, etc. will consist of obeying the doctrine and procedures of the church. Certification of license will be given from the Presiding Bishop and the Executive Board during the Annual General Assembly authorizing them to perform baptisms, communions, marriage ceremonies, funerals and other Godly service as long as they are in good standing with the church and are subject to the constitution and by-laws of the church and the Word of God
